Pathways Forward is a values-based exploration tool for students who are thinking about what comes after high school, but don’t see themselves on a traditional 4-year college path.
Whether you're interested in hands-on work, career training, trade or tech programs, or a 2-year degree, Pathways Forward helps you discover options that match who you are and what matters to you.
It’s a way to find direction, with purpose.
Start with our card-based reflection activity, where you'll sort through 25+ core values like curiosity, independence, helping others, or working with your hands. From there, you can explore a curated collection of careers, sample training programs, and 2-year degrees, organized by the values you chose.
Each guide includes real examples, clear next steps, and questions to help you figure out what fits. Use it on your own, with a counselor, or in the classroom.
